[orion-dev] Daily integration builds

From now on we will run daily Orion integration
builds at 2am EDT. There will be no more nightly builds. If you are working
on changes that you don't want included in the build, you should be using
a different branch rather than pushing to master. All changed bundles in
the master branch will be tagged automatically at the start of the build.

If the builds are green and I hear no
objections before noon EDT, I will promote those integration builds to
orion.eclipse.org.
