There will be an S-build for M3 coming up in about a week.
There are I-builds on https://download.eclipse.org/tools/orbit/downloads/
for every change. The recent ones should have your change.

You can also use https://download.eclipse.org/tools/orbit/downloads/latest-I
to get the latest I-build (mainly for development purposes).
