Yes, I was late to release our RC1 (should have been a week before the
+0) and Alex also mentions it wasn't in their master prior to that (so
they didn't adopt I/S build at that time).

If we release the M build for RC1 a week ahead of +0, or even ensure we
can get some kind of fix (ie. from Photon milestone into master), these
changes will have a better chance to make it in.
