This automatically generated message signals that Roland Grunberg has
nominated Erwin De Ley as a Committer on the tools.orbit project. The

Erwin has requested to become an Orbit committer so that he may get
org.apache.xmlrpc 3.1.3 into Orbit, and continue to maintain/update it
going forward. Erwin is a committer, and project lead on
technology.triquetrum so I'd like to nominate him.
