[orbit-dev] M-builds to be removed on Thursday, 1/29

Now that we have renamed/promoted the R-build
for Luna SR2, I will remove the M-builds leading up to that achievement
on this Thursday, 1/29, 
as a not so gentle reminder that teams
have to "move up" for their Luna builds. 

The S-build or Mars M5 will be available
late today or early on Wednesday.
