This is our orbit contribution for SR2.
As always, we keep changes from SR1 to a minimum, but there are some changes
that will effect nearly everyone's delivery, since all of these are "in
the platform". 

Three bundle (families) had new service
releases, com.ibm.icu (aka ICU4J), the jcraft bundle, and httpcomponents.

The jasper glassfish bundle is the equivalent
of a service change but we don't change it's service field, since the change
did not originate with the third party. 

All changes are in bugzilla:

442310	blo	org.apache.jasper.glassfish bundle does not allow Java 8 to run JSPs compiled with JDT 3.7.1.
456716	nor	Add version 52.1.1 ICU4J for Luna SR2 release
453918	nor	Add latest httpcomponents (4.3.6 client, 4.3.3 core) to Orbit
