As far as I can see, all is well with the
builds, and the issues mentioned in bug 416881 are not problems, and that
the "differences" I was seeing are actually due to bug 379738
... and while bug 379738 really should be fixed, we have had this limitation
for a long time. 

I am promoting another build, but ... nothing is "wrong" with
this I-build and it won't be removed.

I am still investigating, but this build
(meant to show "build problems had been fixed") actually shows
a lot more "differences" than I expected. 

Apologies, I should have investigated more before promoting. 

I hope to investigated soon and understand if substantial differences (indicating
"bad build") or if not substantial, (indicating "change").

In the mean time, I've opened following bug, and attached the "diff"
output when diff is ran on the repositories, of each.

I'll update it with progress and findings. 

Again, sorry for the (possible) churn, but if I find "build error",
I may need to remove this I-build.
