I am still investigating, but this build
(meant to show "build problems had been fixed") actually shows
a lot more "differences" than I expected. 

Apologies, I should have investigated
more before promoting. 

I hope to investigated soon and understand
if substantial differences (indicating "bad build") or if not
substantial, (indicating "change"). 

In the mean time, I've opened following
bug, and attached the "diff" output when diff is ran on the repositories,
of each. 

Bug 416881
- More differences that expected in recent I build (I20130908233856) 

I'll update it with progress and findings. 

Again, sorry for the (possible) churn,
but if I find "build error", I may need to remove this I-build.
