[orbit-dev] Ready for Kepler M1?

The current plan is for Kepler's first
milestone +0 day to be 8/10 ... which means our Orbit -1 day is this Friday,
8/3. 

If anyone needs a "day or two"
beyond that, let me know and I can defer Orbit's promotion to an S build,
but if I do not hear otherwise,  
this Friday, 8/3 I will promote what
ever is the current I-build to an S-build in order to have a stable target
for other projects to use 
in their M1 builds.
