This is my fault I would say - I've added 2.1.0 and in the process,
2.0.0 appears to have vanished. I'm not sure why, no changes were
made to the existing 2.0.0 branch and version, no changes were made
to the map entry for 2.0.0.

If someone a bit closer to the build mechanics could spot where there
error might be, I'll be glad to help fix it!
