[oomph-dev] Storage location of user.setup

Hi devs,

oomph stores the user setup somewhere globally on the system, so
multiple instances can share the same file. Could you point me to the
source files where you get the target locations for the different
operating systems? Or is this even a functionality of the eclipse
platform itself?
