[nebula-dev] New widget for next release

Good evening,

I'd like to inform you that I worked on a new widget called BadgetLabel, which is a label that looks like a flash push button PLUS a "pill" called Badge.

Here is a sample :

This widget is attached to the following bug [1].

Due to the proximity of the next release (2.1.0), I propose to merge my Pull Request [2] for the version 2.2.0.
