[nebula-dev] Major/New Tick Marks changes for XYGraph

Hello everyone,

I'm trying to work on a commit that will be contributing Diamond Light Source tick marks generation to the XYGraph visualization. https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=514432

The code modification would be quite invasive as seen in the current gerrit patch : https://git.eclipse.org/r/#/c/94118/

However, a lot of new features and upgrades to the tick marks algorithms are contributed in these changes.

Thanks in advance for reviewing those and alos for testing them in your environment.
