Finally, what should we do to integrate a NatTable example tab into the Nebula Examples application? Is it enough to publish the plugin to our update site, or do we need to do something more?

Build a feature that contains the nattable example and a feature that contains the example view. The example view feature (org.eclipse.nebula.examples.feature) can be consumed from 

http://download.eclipse.org/technology/nebula/snapshot
