  Can anybody tell me how to file a CQ?  I need to submit one for the initial contribution for the R4E component (part of mylyn reviews sub-project).  I tried to use IPZilla, but I got redirected to the eclipse portal, where I could not find any link to the questionnaire form.

- Logon to the portal using your committer account at

  https://dev.eclipse.org/portal/myfoundation/portal/portal.php

- In the box "Eclipse projects" click on the "View" link near to your project

- If it's about source code contribution click on "contribution"

- If it's about using some 3rd party artifact click on "request 3rd party ..."

- fill in the form and click submit to create the CQ, this then lives in IPzilla 

  (similar to Bugzilla but only accessible to project committers, 

   strategic members and Eclipse Foundation staff)
