[mylyn-pmc] Eclipse Planning Council representation

Hello MyLyn PMC,

One of my outstanding items as the chair of the Eclipse Planning Council is to make sure the membership is up to date, especially in light of the move of the Planning Council from the Eclipse by-laws to the IDE Working Group charter.

As MyLyn Docs participates in the SimRel (and hopefully MyLyn as a whole may do again) the MyLyn PMC can appoint someone from the PMC to sit on the Planning Council. You can see the charter here for details on the Planning Council.
