Dear Mylyn PMC,

AFAICT, it appears that the Mylyn project is no longer working as a Top Level Project.

We believe the time has come to shut down this project as TLP, and so we need to think about what we should do with the sub-projects that still seem to be widely used by the community.

Your insights and feedback are appreciated.
