[mylyn-integrators] Initiating task downloading

Hello!

Is there a way to manually initiate downloading of particular task (from 
connector code)? Our repository's remote api support notifications about 
new tasks and changes - it would be nice to download them immediately 
not waiting for refresh by timer.
