[mylyn-integrators] structure bridge for AspectJ

Hi all,

I am writing structure and UI bridges for AspectJ.  My current plan is
to subclass the Java structure bridge and extend where appropriate.

For now, I am hoping to do the minimum amount to get aspects, advice,
pointcuts, etc recognized by mylyn.

I'm sure I'll have questions soon.  I'll let you know as they come up.
