RE: [mylyn-integrators] subclipse integration with Mylyn 2.x

There was additional laziness added to the loading of Mylyn plug-ins in
Mylyn 2.3.  However, if I recall correctly we did not need to make any
special changes to the CVS Connector, since this mostly affected structure
bridges.

If you haven't yet, could you submit a bug with a stack trace and any other
information about the failure?
