So I had a look and it appears that your fix was actually Mylyn Docs 3.0.28. But the one that was part of the last Mylyn release is older. Mylyn Docs usually only releases as part of the Mylyn TLP release. I guess one solution would be for us to do an independent Mylyn Docs release, unless a Mylyn TLP release is planned for 2019-06. The deadline for opting in is on Friday.
