Looks like I can only +/- 1 with no option to merge either.

Reading through the SimRel page it looks like we need to request simrel commit access in order to push to the repository. https://wiki.eclipse.org/Simrel/Contributing_to_Simrel_Aggregation_Build#As_a_SimRel_committer.2C_push_directly_to_the_target_branch_.28to_bypass_Gerrit_review.29
