[mylyn-docs-dev] next Mylyn Docs/WikiText version

Hi,

the current Mylyn Docs version is 1.9. I haven't yet created a
milestone for 1.10 since I was wondering if the next release may be a
good opportunity to move to 2.0?

There is one change in particular that I would like to propose for the
next release that could cause binary backwards compatibility to break
and hence warrant an update to 2.0:

 419621: decouple o.e.m.wikitext.core from o.e.core.runtime
 https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=419621

Thoughts?
