[mylyn-dev] disabling concurrent builds of gerrit-mylyn-tasks

Hi,

The gerrit-mylyn-tasks job has a few Bugzilla tests and one Trac test that have been frequently failing, mostly due to mid-air collisions. Looking at the history, it seems to happen mostly when multiple instances of the job run at the same time (e.g. when pushing a chain of dependent reviews).

I suspect this job would be much more reliable if we change the configuration to disallow running concurrent builds. I'm going to try that unless anyone objects. It seems to never succeed when running concurrent builds anyway, so I don't think there's much benefit in allowing that unless we improve the tests so that it isn't an issue.
