[mylyn-dev] 3.3.3 release

Due to bug 307340 which affects an integrator I am planning to build a
3.3.3 service release from the e_3_6_m_3_3_x branch on Tuesday. If all
goes well this will only require a version change in
o.e.m.discovery.ui, o.e.mylyn_feature and o.e.m.sdk_feature.

Please let me know if there are any concerns or other bug fixes that
should be considered.
