[mylyn-dev] New User (Jira) - Double clicking on a task removes the task from the query!

I'm using eclipse 3.5.1 for Java developers and installed the Jira Mylyn
plugin. This is the first time I'm using Mylyn, so I might be asking a basic
q.

I was able to setup a Jira Repository connection and create a new query. The
query did return a list of items. it all works so far without me reading an
document or guide. But when I double click a task/bug (task view), the
task/bug opens in the rich editor and disappears from the query list! Is
this a normal behavior? there is no way for me to get that item back in the
list. If my query has 4 bugs, I see a folder (query-name) with 4 items.
Clicking each item in the list will result in the query itself disappearing.
If I create the same query with the name again, it says, "query already
exists."

What am I doing wrong? This seems to be non-intuitive to browse a list.
