[mylyn-dev] noteworthy keyword in Bugzilla

There is now a "noteworthy" keyword in Bugzilla.  If any contributor feels
that the have contributed something that should be listed in the New &
Noteworthy, please tag the corresponding bug as such.  If unsure tag it
anyway and we'll work it out when updating the document.
