[mylyn-dev] 2.1M1 release planning

Committers: we will be putting out a dev build this evening as usual, and it
should contain most of the changes for 2.1M1.  I have updated the plan to
list Monday as the date for the 2.1M1 release and plan on making some
additional bug fixes over the weekend.  As discussed on the last conf call,
I will also send out an update to the 3.0 plan document which addresses the
Europa fall update timing and iterates on the dates.  Also, please add any
items for inclusion in the New & Noteworthy to:
