[mylyn-context-dev] Write access to simrel.build

Hi,

I'm taking care of the Mylyn Model Focusing Tools (MFT) project's 
participation in the Eclipse Luna release. That's why I need to update 
our b3aggrcon script.

So please grant me write access to the org.eclipse.simrel.build project :) .
