Just pushed the incremented version number to gerrit:

I created the luna composite site under http://download.eclipse.org/mft/snapshots/luna/compositeContent.xml which should populate once the snapshot build runs again.

So the offset is +3? Then I'll send the mail to the cross-project-issues-dev list.

That makes sense to me.
