[mylyn-context-dev] Eclipse.org Gerrit for MFT project

Hi,

now that Gerrit is available for all Eclipse projects [1] I am
wondering if we should start using the official instance for the Model
Focusing Tools project?

We have had very positive experiences with Gerrit and I expect that
all Mylyn projects will eventually be managed through the Eclipse.org
Gerrit instance.

I'm +1 on using https://git.eclipse.org/r/#/ for MFT.
