[mylyn-context-dev] Nominate Miles Parker as MFT Project Lead

I'd like to propose that Miles Parker replace me as Project Lead for the Eclipse Mylyn Context Model Focusing Tools (Incubation) project. He'll be supporting the growth of an active development community around MFT by enabling projects in the modeling community to implement and extend MFT functionality. Miles was the primary developer for the initial MFT code drop and has been active in the Eclipse Modeling community where he is project lead for the Eclipse Agent Modeling Platform. Currently he's also an active committer on the Virgo project.
