RE: [mylar-dev] Connector Tutorial

One more thing: feel free to link your name and blog as the source of some
of the documentation in that section.  We're trying to encourage eclipse.org
to come up with a mechanism to credit wiki contributors:

Until we have that I figure we should start doing it manually for those who
make significant contributions.
