[mylar-dev] dev update site change, congrats to Steffen 
Please note that the download page has been improved and the update site
links have been updated.  The ../dev site is now ../dev/e3.3:

onslaught of JIRA Connector improvements!

Steffen: the 2.0.0.v20070219-2000 build should contain most of your latest
