Yes, that was the wrong version number.  The bad part is that I didn't catch
this because I didn't do my final sanity check for 3.3, only 3.2, because
the replication was taking so long.  I should have done that check from my
local update site.

Fixed is uploading so it should now install, once it is replicated.  I kept
the version number because all of the bits are the same and only the
feature.xml changed.
