[mylar-dev] move to Eclipse 3.3M5 builds postponed

Yesterday I attempted to move HEAD to Eclipse 3.3M5 integration builds.  We
typically move the week of the Platform release, but for M5 tried to move
earlier to provide feedback on API changes as soon as possible.  However, it
was not possible to bootstrap on that build due to bugs, so let's postpone
the move until early next week.  See the following bug for details:
