RE: [mylar-dev] Eclipse Technology awards nomination

Speaking as a judge in that category, my impression is that the idea is to
recognize projects outside of eclipse.org :) I'm not sure if this is a
rule, but I think that it should be one because eclipse.org projects already
have visibility, and these awards help raise the visibility of other
projects in the broader community.
