 Seems like new repo task editor is broken in last dev build. See bug 
170388

 Gosh! I forgot how inconvenient it is to create Bugzilla bug reports 
trough the web UI. Missing this new repository task editor is like a 
missing a hand.

PS: apparently copy task details is not copying bug id and the url for 
the query hits when task is not created yet...
