RE: [mylar-dev] bugs.eclipse.org slowness

That's a reasonable point--people not voting for our bugs are not
necessarily and indication that there is no interest in it. So I try to
ensure that the only time I use that excuse is if something has been open
for a long time, has had no duplicates, and no similar requests (since I
review all bugs submitted). But I think that I only closed one or two bugs
for that reason, and simply deferred others of that sort post 1.0.
