[mylar-dev] problems in new dev build

Hi,

 I noticed that new dev build has really nasty problem. After 
synchronization it fall into some UI refresh (task list is flickering), 
that takes minutes to complete. I don't see any system jobs running on 
Progress view, but there is an activity indicator at the progress status 
bar. During that time none of other UI jobs can execute in background.
