You're not the only one who didn't know about this.  With most of our focus
on the code, the only way to learn about these features to date was through
the New & Noteworthy docs, which don't make for good reference material.

The role of those articles is to provide cohesive "getting started" tutorial
for newcomers.  For 1.0 we are starting to beef up the wiki documentation to
provide a thorough User Guide. It was just linked to the web site yesterday
and is ready for contribution:

Growing the User Guide should be a community process, and it's great to see
the contributions that have been making it into both that and the FAQ.  What
would really help beef it up is if someone were interested in incorporating
the New & Noteworthy items and screenshots into it.  I've created the
