[mylar-dev] dev build and task editor layout

The latest dev build (0.6.2.v20060929-0800) is a near-final 0.7.0, and
contains some of Rob's latest information density and layout improvements to
the task editor.  Some bug reports will need to be synched (or opened twice)
to get the full new layout, due to our having externalized some presentation
data.  The ongoing improvements are getting discussed here:

Btw, with Eclipse 3.2.1 going live today your update may be slow.
