[mylar-dev] eclipse.org has switched to bugzilla 2.20

If you are using the Mylar Bugzilla Client with bugs.eclipse.org, note that
the Bugzilla server was updated to version 2.20 earlier today.  You will
need to switch this setting under the Mylar->Bugzilla preference page.  I
have been using the support all day and have not encountered any problems,
but please submit a report if you notice anything, so that the fix can make
it into 0.4.3.
