[mylar-dev] new project in cvs 
If you are using Mylar from CVS you will need to check out the new
org.eclipse.mylar.ide project.  

We had some overdue modularity improvements to make to separate out the
resource structure bridge from ..mylar.core and ..mylar.ui, and in the
process decoupled Mylar those components from org.eclipse.ide.  Down the
road this will facilitate using Mylar with RCP apps.
