[mpc-dev] MPC Documentation is moving

Hi everyone,

As part of some of our systems modernization happening at the Foundation, one of the affected services is the wikipedia we host at wiki.eclipse.org where the MPC documentation is hosted. In the next few months, it will be set to read only and we will no longer be able to update that document.

To continue maintaining the documentation, it has been migrated to a project where we host our other API specs and is currently up for review. We have internally reviewed it, and are seeking feedback on the updates to ensure nothing is missed. The current plan is to merge the MR by next Friday, after which it will be visible as a spec on https://webdev.eclipse.org/docs/api/.
