[mosquitto-dev] Mosquitto Broker Bridge & NAT

I have bridged two mosquitto brokers, one of which is behind a NAT. The broker inside NAT is subscribed to a topic on mosquitto broker outside NAT. The message frequency between brokers is very low.

If in mosquitto.conf bridge section, "keepalive_interval" value is set to 1 day(24*60*60), will that hamper ability of broker inside NAT to receive messages on bridge?
