Re: [modeling-pmc] Assistance for a project using EMF

Hi

If you use the OCL newsgroup/forum [1] you will find that I am the one who answers most questions and at no charge.

Of course if you want a proprietary answer, I can quote you an extortionate fee to be paid in advance.

Regards

Ed Willink

Hi Melissa,

I work for the itemis AG, the primary company behind Xtext (based on EMF) and GEF (a visualization technology e.g. for editors that use EMF as model). I have myself some experience in both fields and itemis can provide experts for both technologies. As we work as consultants we usually work on project basis. Not sure what kind of project you are leading, but in case it is an option for you to buy in some expert for some time to speed up your project I would be able to bring you into contact with the right persons. If this is of any interest for you I would appreciate an answer from you.

Kind regards,

Dear PMC members,

I am leading a software project for my company using the Eclipse Modeling Framework.  Since I am new to EMF, I was wondering if I might be able to get in touch with someone in your group who is an expert in it, particularly with OCL validation and model visualization.  Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you for your time.  Looking forward to hearing from you.

V/R,
