Hello,

Sorry for delay with this. 

Please, approve the GMF-Tooling 3.1. release :

• All of the the release review materials are available at https://projects.eclipse.org/projects/modeling.gmp.gmf-tooling/releases, under 3.1.0 link.
  For some weird reason, the direct link to release docuware is generated as https://projects.eclipse.org/projects/release/3.1.0-0 (missing 'modeling.gmp.gmf-tooling' bit), and I don't understand how to fix that.
  
• Approved IP log is available at: https://projects.eclipse.org/sites/default/files/modeling.gmp_.gmf-tooling-3.1-iplog_0.html
