+100. https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=380010 is reopened 
and unresponded to. There seems no avoiding the loss of referential 
history resulting from the M2M to MMT change. Renaming is mandatory so 
not even preservation of old referential history is an option.
