I notice that the minutes say "Agreed, along with some discussion to clarify the intent and nature of parallel IP process benefits to be gained and how this may be different for non-incubation projects that may still contain incubating components." ... please note that the parallel IP process is Board approved only on a *project* level, thus a Mature Phase project that contains incubating components does not qualify for the parallel IP process. Another good reason to incubate new components in an Incubation Phase project.
